This class was the first time we were exposed to Labview. This program is very useful for building virtual control panels and monitoring experiments. The graphical interface makes Labview a very intuitive and straight-forward way to program.
EXERCISE 1
In this exercise, we were told to create a panel of lights controlled by a main switch, so that the lights will only operate if the main switch is in the 'on' position.
The main switch (on the bottom of the panel and diagram) is wired into each light system with an 'and' statement, which requires both the main switch and the individual color switch to be enabled for any of the lights to turn on.
EXERCISE #2
In this exercise, we were instructed to create a few simple math functions in Labview.
