There were 3 practice exercises at the end of the lecture, so they were assigned as homework.
Problem #1
Model for population growth given a set of initial variables. The second part of the program allows the user to input the values for these variables and obtain a population after a certain amount of time
Problem #2
(a) Calculate the amount of heat that must be removed by the air conditioning per second.
(b) Find the number of AC units required to keep the house cool, using only whole numbers
(c) Allow the user to input the number of light bulbs and appliances in order to determine how many AC units are required to keep the house cool.
Problem #3
Use Matlab to solve various discrete math problems
